You need to be running Internet Explorer 4.0 or
later. Netscape does not support ActiveX controls.
Most problems can be traced to security
settings.
From IE, select Tools/Internet Options...
Select the "Security" tab.
Where it says "Zone" choose "Trusted Sites
Zone"
Press the "Add Sites" button.
Uncheck the checkbox that says "Require
Server Verification"
Add the following URL by typing in the
address and pressing the "Add" button. http://www.texas1320.com
Press the OK button.
Now, with Trusted Sites chosen, press the
"Custom" option at the bottom of the dialog box and press the "Settings"
button.
Verify that all of the items related to
ActiveX controls are set to either Prompt or Enable. Prompt is safer so try
that first, but I have seen instances where Enable is required for some
reason. There is also an item for "Active Scripting" that I have set to
"Enable"
Press OK and return to the site and give it a
try.
